KIT Buyer Create

Buyers in Fairmarkit can now quickly launch sourcing events using the enhanced Create experience, available from any primary page in the platform (Home, Requests, Events, etc.).

Select Create

• To get started select ➕Create in the top navigation from any main page.

• This opens the KIT buyer create experience that is tailored to your role and your organization’s Fairmarkit configuration.

Available Options

1. Guided Buying ("Ask for the Best Kit")

• Launches a step-by-step guided intake process.

• This flow is configured by your organization to streamline sourcing requests.

• Ideal for users who prefer a structured intake experience.

2. Start RFX

• Instantly creates a sourcing event using your organization’s default setup.

• You'll be prompted to complete any required data fields, defined by your admin.

• After setup, you can build out your event with: Worksheets, Questionnaires, and more.

3. Start RFX from Template

• Select from pre-configured sourcing templates (if enabled by your admin).

• Ideal for category managers or repeatable sourcing needs.

• After choosing a template, you can customize: Worksheets, Questionnaires, and more.
