Award Suppliers With Worksheets or Questionnaires, Too

Overview

Buyers can now award suppliers for events without line items, as long as the event includes worksheets or questionnaires—supporting more strategic, complex RFx scenarios.

Key Benefit: Complete awards for strategic or not-just-price-based events directly in Adaptive RFx, eliminating manual workarounds and reducing process delays.

Requesters have access to Adaptive RFx

Overview

Admins can now add requesters to Adaptive RFx so they can access Intake and Purchase Requests.

Key Benefit: Requesters can securely access and submit intake and purchase requests, expanding adoption while keeping permissions centrally managed.

Add/Remove Modules from Templates

Overview

Buyers can now add or remove modules (such as worksheets) from templates.

Key Benefit: Tailor templates to each event faster, reducing rework and ensuring suppliers only see the sections that are relevant.

2,000 Character Limit for Questionnaire Questions

Overview

Questionnaire questions are now capped at a 2,000-character limit, giving users more space to write detailed prompts and instructions.

Key Benefit: Users can include more complex requirements and clearer guidance in a single question, reducing ambiguity and follow-up with suppliers.

Imported Worksheet Update

Overview

All imported worksheet columns are now editable, giving buyers full control over imported worksheet structures.

Key Benefit: Users can quickly correct, refine, or standardize imported worksheet fields without re-importing, reducing setup time and improving data quality.

Bug Fixes

  • Worksheet response view now shows formulas to suppliers

    • Suppliers can see worksheet formulas and they calculate dynamically based on supplier inputs.

  • Questionnaire questions no longer change type when toggling Required

    • Switching a question from optional to required (or vice versa) now preserves the original question type (e.g., Attachment) instead of reverting to Short Answer.

  • Supplier event overview now reflects completed questionnaire responses

    • After a supplier completes a questionnaire, the event overview page correctly displays their submitted responses.

  • Fixed unclear “missing item” errors when submitting offline supplier responses

    • Offline response submissions no longer trigger the “3 errors before you can submit quote” / “Missing item” errors that scaled with the number of response lines.

  • Staging: Export event works again

    • Resolved the issue preventing event exports in staging that showed “Failed to export event. Please try again.”

  • “Launch RFx Template” now prompts for template version

    • Clicking Launch RFx Template now takes users to a selection screen to choose which template/version to start.
